If you don't like the loud music at the main pools, just go to the quiet pool hidden away on the southwest side and you'll love how calm and peaceful it is! If you are nice and kind to the staff and TIP them, they will go above and beyond for you! If you are rude to staff (We witnessed several "Karen"s berating the staff a couple of times), they will make it a point to avoid you. I feel like the majority of the negative reviews here are people that just didn't let it loose and relax. We just bummed mostly at the pools the whole time and had no issues getting chairs.
